How do we make loan recollection process smoothly for agents?

Shorten the payment process

Collection of loan payment is a hectic process for agents doing the field work. Now a days loan payment methods are completed through online apps without agent presence. Requires a payment gateway suitable for customers to repay the amount trough app.

Market research

Seeing the big picture

To start understanding the big picture and the problem, I examined the big players in the market as well as parallel markets; finance apps, loan payment apps, banking apps, collection systems and more.

I came up with the following conclusions

To get agents know about the loan payment customers, list of names will be provided with location, amount and date from the financial service app.

To make it simpler for the customers and agents, we will be adding options for cash payments, scanning the cheque with payment links.
