I came up with the following solutions
Added a call to action button in the Homepage to raise a service request easily, allows easy navigation between the screens.


Recreated a side navigation bar so that users can easily navigate between the service enquiries, reports & service contract pages.
Created a Dashboard which contains all the details regarding open service requests, Asset details & site details at the top portion so that it will be easier for users to see the details.
